Here in Bergen-Enkheim, Frankfurt, we offer a variety of yoga options. You can choose between classic Hatha Yoga and Yin and Yang Yoga.
Our classic Hatha Yoga is gentle and suitable for everyone, stretching the entire body, especially the spine, and improving flexibility. Relaxation is an important part of our practice, allowing you to let go of everyday life and distracting thoughts in order to strengthen your soul.
Our Yin Yoga is fluid and gentle. Here we focus inward to consciously feel the effects of deep fascia stretches. The parasympathetic nervous system is activated to promote deep relaxation. In contrast, Yang Yoga is powerful and dynamic. We strengthen and mobilize our bodies in harmony with our breathing.
In our practice sessions, we combine both Yin and Yang activities to bring our opposing polarities into harmony.
Our training sessions include relaxation, loosening up, stretching, guided meditation, and light breathing exercises. Frequent repetition facilitates learning and deepens your body awareness.
