Parkour / Freerunning:

Welcome to parkour training at TV 1874 Bergen-Enkheim!

But what exactly is parkour?

Parkour is an increasingly popular trend sport, which is about the "art of efficient locomotion". Here, movement spaces are overcome using only the abilities of one's own body. The presence of the sport in the media (e.g. on the internet or in films) has led to the hobby currently enjoying great growth, especially among young people.

In the sports hall at Landgraben, movement spaces can be recreated with the help of boxes, parallel bars, rings and horizontal bars, for example, in order to safely train the variety of movements of beginners and advanced athletes alike.

We are one of the few clubs in Frankfurt to offer this trend sport and are always happy to welcome newcomers and interested parties!

The trainers, who have been actively practising parkour themselves for years,

address the age group of young people from 8-16 years. Due to the great demand, we are currently training 3 times a week. The courses are divided according to age and experience in order to offer participants the best possible experience.
