Senior gymnastics
Senior gymnastics was added to the sports program of the TV Bergen in the 1980s to give older members - women and men - an opportunity for fitness training. Warming up, mobilization, endurance, strengthening, stretching, games, balance exercises and relaxation are all part of the class. Exercise is done with and without hand equipment.
As communication is also important, this is enjoyed on all kinds of occasions.
