HBG - posture and movement through whole-body training
In the Tuesday classes, the entire back musculature
is mobilized, strengthened, toned and stretched through targeted gymnastic
exercises, with and without hand tools, in order to prevent any damage
. Various relaxation exercises are also included at the end
of the class. The gymnastics is offered in a course system (12 hours) and is
available to members and non-members for an additional fee.
On Thursdays, there is a range of courses
geared towards holistic health. The gymnastic exercises are based on health
, with and without hand equipment, and include
Cardiovascular training
Endurance training
Strengthening and stretching the muscles Muscle strengthening and stretching
Body awareness
and relaxation exercises
All interested women and men who are looking for an
introduction to a long-term health-oriented exercise program
or who would like to return to regular exercise after a longer break
are welcome. Members and non-members can take part with an additional contribution.
