Female competitive gymnastics at TG Bergen-Enkheim
TG Bergen-Enkheim is the joint development association for the support of competitive gymnastics at TV Bergen and SG Enkheim in the east of Frankfurt. The gymnastics club was founded in 2013 by Nadine Wachsmuth and Odin Wörner.
Since then, the gymnastics team has seen a steady increase in motivated and talented gymnasts from all over Frankfurt.
They take part in the individual and team championships in the Turngau Frankfurt, and since 2013 they have also been represented with a team in the Hessian state league.
A trial training session is possible by appointment.
Age: from 7 years
Training times: 2-3x per week, spread over Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

General gymnastics 1
This gymnastics class is designed to introduce children aged 5 and over to gymnastics in a playful way. No previous experience is required. The focus is on experiencing movement and learning simple gymnastics exercises on the apparatus.
Age: 5-7 years
General apparatus gymnastics 2
The aim of this gymnastics lesson for children aged 7 and over is to learn simple, combined exercises from basic elements that they have already learned and to learn more advanced gymnastics elements. The boys and girls can take part in the annual club competition in Bergen-Enkheim, the youth gymnastics championships, as well as the Gaukinderturnfest.
Age: 7-10 years
General apparatus gymnastics 3
This exercise class is aimed at gymnasts aged 10 and over with basic knowledge. Here they should build on the experience they have already gained and learn the more advanced compulsory exercises of the DTB. The aim here is also participation in the club competition and the Gaukinderurnfest.
Age: from 10 years
Competition-oriented apparatus gymnastics male
Unfortunately, we do not currently have a training program.
In cooperation with SG Enkheim, training sessions can be attended in the Riedsporthalle.

Our coaching team consists of young and young-at-heart coaches.
Under the direction of an experienced Trainer-B for competitive sports there are currently 12 trainers supervising the various competition and general gymnastics groups.
